It is a delight...

...to be able to provide people with the images they want. However, the life of a photographer means exactly that he or she is wanting to be out taking photographs; and in my case I am often in faraway places.

Please be patient and persistent.

Bear in mind that many hazards await any communication to distant countries. For example in parts of Vietnam electricity is only available for less than 50% of the time, telecommunication systems have many problems, and services we take for granted, like regular postal deliveries, are often irregular in the extreme.
If you do not get a reply it may be because your communication was not received. With a telephone at least you know you have not got through! In Vietnam it is quite normal to send a text saying you have sent an email.
If you wish to use the postal service to the Far East please use the express delivery and ask for the item to be signed for on receipt.
